Refund policy

We want you to feel comfortable choosing your MagniCubx set. You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. This voluntary return policy is in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

Return eligibility

For a change-of-mind return under our 30-day policy, the set must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all cubes, included accessories and proof of purchase. Sets damaged through use, modified after delivery or missing components may not qualify under this voluntary policy. These conditions do not limit your rights for defective or misdescribed goods or any legal right of withdrawal.

How to request a return

  1. Email etrendenstore1@gmail.com or use our contact page with your order number and checkout email address. Tell us which item you would like to return. A reason helps us assist you but is not required for a statutory withdrawal.
  2. We will confirm the next steps and provide the correct return address. Please contact us before sending a parcel so it reaches the correct location; the address on a shipping label may not be a returns address.
  3. Pack the complete set securely. Use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage. Shipping insurance is recommended for valuable parcels.

Who pays return shipping?

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct cost of return postage. If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged or defective, we cover the necessary return shipping or provide another appropriate solution. We do not deduct an outbound standard shipping fee from orders that qualified for free standard shipping. Any optional premium delivery charge is refundable only where required by law or where we agree otherwise.

Damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us promptly, ideally within 7 days, with your order number and photographs where possible. This request helps us investigate quickly and does not shorten your legal rights. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable law. Keep the packaging until the issue is resolved.

Refund timing

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds under our voluntary return policy are normally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the credit. Contact us if it has not appeared within 15 business days of approval. Where a legal refund deadline applies, that deadline takes precedence.

Cancellations and exchanges

Contact us as soon as possible to cancel or change an order. Orders cancelled before dispatch receive a full refund. If the parcel has already shipped, follow the returns process. To exchange a style or piece count, request a return and place a separate order for the set you want; availability and prices may change.

EU right of withdrawal

Where EU consumer withdrawal rules apply, you may cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days after delivery without giving a reason, and send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us. Email us a clear cancellation statement with your name, order number and the items concerned. You pay the direct return cost for a change of mind. Handling beyond what is needed to assess the goods may reduce their refundable value; unused packaging is not a condition of this statutory right.

We will refund eligible payments, including any standard delivery charge, within 14 days of your cancellation notice. We may wait until the returned goods or evidence of return are received, whichever comes first. Additional costs for a delivery upgrade need not be refunded. Your statutory rights take precedence over any conflicting condition above.
