Track Your Order
Follow your MagniCubx delivery using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. The latest carrier scans show your parcel's progress after dispatch.
Find your tracking details
- Open the shipping confirmation email sent to the address used at checkout. Check spam, junk and promotions folders too.
- Select the tracking link to open the carrier's latest updates. If your order ships in separate parcels, check each tracking link.
- You can also view your orders in your customer account using the email address from your purchase.
No tracking update yet?
Orders normally process in 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. After dispatch, allow up to 48 hours for the first carrier scan. Standard delivery is estimated at 7–20 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. These are estimates; customs, holidays and carrier delays can affect arrival.
Delayed or missing parcel
If tracking has not changed for 10 business days, your estimated delivery window has passed, or a parcel is marked delivered but you cannot find it, contact our team. Check your delivery address and any safe place or reception desk first. We will help investigate with the carrier.
